The Business Portrait

There are two kinds of business portrait.

First, is the head shot. It is fairly simple and straight forward. Each person has different features. I light each basic portrait with those features in mind to bring out the best in each client. The goal of the head shot is to present business owner, salesman, representative, with an approachable, professional image.

The second type of business portrait is the environmental portrait. These pictures are taken at the place of business. This is a portrait of the business. How do you want your business to be seen? A law firm will want to show their knowledge of the legal system. A construction company will want to show their work both in progress and finished. Business invest a great deal of money into equipment and facilities. Show that kind of commitment to the potential client.
